I hold a bachelors degree in Psychology from University iof Tennesse and a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. I have experience and training in the treatment of anxiety, derpression, and trauma focused therapy, working with women of all ages, as well a couples.
As an interactive, Adlerian and client centered therapist, my therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients gain insight and effectively address personal life challenges, in a safe and encouraging environment. Humans are designed for relationship and many of life's problems stem from unhealthy relationship patterns, with self and others. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach, tailored to each client, with compassion and understanding. I work with each individual to help her/him build on strengths and attain the personal growth she/he is committed to accomplishing.
